SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed when received and shipped out via Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator or UPS Shipping within 1-3 business days for in-stock orders (First class, Priority & International Priority).

Orders received after 12pm PST could be processed the next business day. While we process orders as promptly as possible please be advised that during holidays or high volume times, orders may take longer. Shipping service delivery time is from when your order is completed & ready to ship, not from when your order is placed. If you have a question regarding placing an order or it's estimated delivery please contact us. via email: orders@nuloversapothecary.com

Lost or Stolen Packages – NÜLA Salon & Apothecary cannot be held responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, carrier’s package delivery discretion, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer on the original online order. Upon inquiry, NÜLA Salon & Apothecary will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

RETURNED PACKAGES: NÜLA Salon & Apothecary is not responsible for returned packages that were sent to provided address. If your package is returned there be an additional charge for reshipment.

DAMAGES: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at orders@nuloversapothecary.com

We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Returns Policy

Your business is important to us! At NÜLA Salon & Apothecary excellent customer service is our number one concern. This includes double checking your order and packaging everything carefully. Occasionally accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete please let us know right away so that we may correct the problem.

We can be reached at info@nuloversapothecary.com or at our retail location at 604-441-5994. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Due to the nature of our products we can NOT accept returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We strongly suggest trying samples first or contacting us to see which product will work best for you. Please keep in mind our products are natural and handmade, therefore may vary from batch to batch. We do not refund any shipping & handling charges.
